Nice idea but the main character is reckless to the point of annoyance, and it's one of those YAs where she is somehow special and can achieve what no one else could. Story is rushed and the side characters are all a bit flimsy. At points it seemed like Sophia blamed the women for their lack of resistance to an authoritarian regime. At least I ticked off a "banned book" for Popsugar.
