Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain

5.0

An excellent book if you're delving into the power of being an introvert. Cain looks at the topic from many different angles without becoming psycho-babble or sounding like a blogger. The book is meticulously noted with sources cited. As a life-long introvert, it was fun and rewarding to see my personality style validated. As someone who works with youth, it puts "the quiet ones" in a whole new light and suggests that I should rethink how those kids are to interact with the larger group. Recommended for managers and leaders.
