The premise of this book drew me in initially and whilst I did enjoy it, the book overall didn’t wow me.

Between the main three characters Clio, Amber and Jeanie, Jeanie was probably my favourite. I love this trio’s friendship and their determination to help and protect the ones that they love, but overall I feel as if their characters were written a bit one dimensional.

The flow of the book took awhile for me to get into but it picked up half way through, and the overall plot worked well but could have been developed further to make things more intriguing for the readers.
