Absolutely adored this. Totally loved Whisper and Julian. Whisper for his cool demeanor and faked (and real) innocence, and Julian for his clever, flirty way of handling politics. The twists surprised me and the ending was so good. It leads into a fun universe, and you continue to see Julian and Whisper occasionally while reading the brothers’ stories. Also liked the magic animals!
