I'm glad this exists, but it wasn't really for me. It seems mostly for people who have made a lot of poor relationship choices, and that isn't really my deal. I needed a chapter on letting good people in and getting out of the house more. Also apparently it is in part meant to be comedy???? but I have to say I didn't find it funny in the least. Also also this is written for people who are very TV savvy, and while I respect media studies, I just don't watch TV and don't really care about references to it and analysis of it.
