Felt like I was reading a blockbuster action film with more heart than any of them have. Zod isn’t exactly at his most layered here and is just your classic revenge hungry villain who wants to take over the world, but outside of that I had virtually no issues. Clark and the supporting cast are wonderfully characterised, Christopher was absolutely lovely to read, and the artwork was gorgeous.
