Two people from the East (Xing) arrive. Each one with a different mission, or perhaps the same mission. It's one of those volumes in the middle that build up the action, but they are not particularly notable. Nothing of import happens, really, other than the fact that right when they wanted to go to Central he breaks the arm, enough for Winry to prove useful (and harmful) once more.
