Why did this book feel like trudging through snow? It was literally only 300 pages but it was dragging so bad. Maybe this was because some of these chapters were almost 50 pages long like what was the thought process??? This book just didn’t have the spark Blackout did. All the stories had almost the same plot line except one. All the couples or friends broke up due to miscommunication and stupidity just for them to get back together, yay. Each chapter was just forced recaps and flashbacks of these relationships. We never got to see any of their relationships except one blossoms from something new. They all had history and where’s the fun in that? Blackout had such a variety and each story left me wanting more. In this book I was waiting for each story to end so I could get it over with. It was really bad so bad that I didn’t even care for the ending between Sola and Stevie. I was just praying for it to be over.
