Quiero decir honestamente que llegue a este libro por una reseña de Tiktok y en si tengo problemas con la forma en que tratan de vender cada historia pero yo sabia a que me estaba metiendo cuando empece este libro. No es la primera vez que leo a Annika Martin pero creo y lo digo sin animo de ofender creo que es de esas autoras que de plano yo no soy mercado.

La historia nos menciona a Tabitha y a Rex que son completamente la definición de Grumpy-Sunshine al extremo en ambos lados. Es una historia donde la sinopsis lo dice tienen que fingir que están en una relación para poder convencer a un cliente que Rex no es el típico playboy que todos piensan de ahí desencadenan mas eventos que implicaran que ambos trabajen de la mano y que los sentimientos de ambos se pongan en riesgo.

Me gusta mucho la idea en general de las historias de Annika pero a veces siento que se alarga mucho la historia, los personajes se me hacen divertidos en la primera mitad pero luego no me terminan de convencer, a veces solo veo el numero de paginas y en mi mente solo puedo pensar que más puede pasar.

Y es que no se si estoy acostumbrada a que el plot o el grovel se revele casi al 75 por ciento de los libros que leo en general que leerlo a la mitad hace que extienda el libro y aunque la historia puede envolver un pequeño secreto extra por revelar esto termina siendo algo extra y no que aporte sino como una historia secundaria que algunas veces es para juntar mas a los protagonistas pero no termina de fascinarme.

Creo fielmente que es un buen libro pero como mencionaba yo no soy el publico o lector en este caso de Annika.

I want to say honestly that I came to this book because of a Tiktok review and I do have problems with the way they try to sell each story but I knew what I was getting into when I started this book. This is not the first time I have read Annika Martin, but I believe, and I say this without any intention of offending that she is one of those authors that I am not a market for.

The story mentions Tabitha and Rex who are completely the definition of Grumpy-Sunshine to the extreme on both sides. It is a story where the synopsis says that they have to pretend that they are in a relationship in order to convince a client that Rex is not the typical playboy that everyone thinks, hence triggering more events that will involve both of them working hand in hand and that the feelings of both put themselves at risk.

I really like the general idea of ​​Annika's stories but sometimes I feel that the story drags on too long, the characters seem fun to me in the first half but then they don't convince me, sometimes I only see the number of pages and In my mind I can only think what else could happen.

And I don't know if I'm used to the fact that the plot or the grovel is revealed in almost 75 percent of the books I read, in general, reading it halfway makes the book extend and the story may involve a little extra secret for revealing this ends up being something extra and not something that contributes but rather like a secondary story that sometimes is to bring the protagonists closer together but it doesn't end up fascinating me.

I truly believe that it is a good book but as I mentioned, I am not the audience or reader in this case of Annika.
