The Space She Made for Me: A Collection of Sapphic Short Stories by Jo Boyle, Jo Boyle
5.0
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I really enjoyed every one of these short stories. I usually love getting stuck into a fleshed out love story, but these felt like interesting little tasters.
Jo Boyle's writing style is exactly my cup of tea and even though we get little to no back story for most of the characters, I still found myself caring about each and every one of them.
Despite being a reader that's greedy for content on every single character I love and get attached to, I also enjoy it when authors leave questions and let their readers make up their own minds about what happens next. There's a lot of that open-ended style here and I I lapped it up!
