Hot priests and angels having a good time together hell yeah!

So this book is both extremely adorable and sweet, but also hot as fuck.
Danya and Ilya are two adorable men that I've started to love with all my heart. Already the start of the book with Ilya healing Danya sets the story up for so much tenderness and care. And this was then also a big theme in the book. Both men take care of one another and make sure they're both doing oky and it's absolutely sweet and adorable.

The town Ilya lives in is everything but kind and I really liked the way the book handled this. The pain Ilya had in the abuse the town gave him was felt throughout the book and conveyed very intensely. Which was good because the world being against him is the biggest motivator for anything he does in life so I liked it those feelings came to me very strong. It is then even sweeter how Danya opens up Ilya and makes him see there are still kind people in this world. That process was very heartwarming and every time Ilya gave in a bit more it made me smile a lot.

Then I obviously got to talk about the smutty scenes, because holy shit they were good. First of all I want to say there was a rimming scene in this book and gosh I love it when that gets included. I feel like many gay books skip out on this and gosh do I enjoy it when it's there. Outside of that though they are so sweet to each other while having sex while at the same time they are quite rhough with each otter (for the better). Their sex was thus at times very explosive and intense which I greatly enjoyed.

All together I absolutely loved this book and would recommend it to anyone who loves the themes of caring for each other in a religious setting.

I received an eARC and this was my honest review.
