Ooo my sweet baby Jesus, I’m so glad my buddy read partner said let’s call it quits. Because this is just not it. Is the story bad? No of course not, someone poured their heart and soul into it so of course it’s not bad…it’s just not gripping. I have no real feelings towards this book whatsoever to continue and I’m just fine with that. I did get far enough to also make the statement that I think the author can write a beautiful story (this is her second book I’ve read) and unfortunately she just writes for a very specific age range that I am no longer apart of and it just doesn’t age well for all readers, which again is perfectly fine because it’s YA!!! Get in where you fit in! Also the audio is tragic lol just don’t do it if you choose to read this book.
