DNF about 1/4 of the way in. Coworker lent it to me. I was like oh this guy basically is copying the plot of The Last of Us. The girl’s name is Ellie for Christ’s sake. I thought the dad was weird and lame, the girl too advanced for her age, and just didn’t feel like it was worth my time. This also isn’t my usual genre too, to be fair.
