Days at the Morisaki Bookshop by Satoshi Yagisawa
lighthearted
fast-paced
- Flaws of characters a main focus? Yes

I have read my fair share of cliche books, disguised as lighthearted but full of predictability, but this level of plain writing is insane. For some reason I am not surprised that it is a japanese book as they can be dull sometimes but they have heart atleast. This one though is so banal in its approach, moving forward like a screenplay instead of a book. (No, I wont survive a movie made on this, either)
