my first rupi kaur book. read it in two sittings, loved 70% of it. however, 30% had to be revised. the drawings were great but some “poems” were just lacking. they were one or two sentences. you can tell it is very “aesthetic” and instagramable which i don’t know if i love. despite all of this, i really enjoyed it. it felt unfair to the other books give it a 4 star though, because it felt careless at times. (however, the broken english and the poem on the last page were incredible).
