Lovely seaside holiday fairy story. Amber is a great character full of energy and personality. I love how her outfit is an such a lovely orange leotard, it fits so well with her flying antics of cartwheels and backflips! The authors definitely made an effort to give each fairy a slightly different feel and personality, it's not like some kids' books where it would just be like "Here's a generic fairy and here's another generic fairy." This makes it extra special when Ruby and Amber are reunited because you get to see their different personalities and how they interact with each other. Then they design and put together their temporary fairy house together with the help of Rachel, Kirsty and Bertram 😊
