Second book of the series and I absolutely love it, it follows straight on from book 1, and there's so much adventure and drama.
After the revelations at the end of book 1 things are understandably tense between Torin and Azalea, but they've been forced to work together on a mission.
I love all the mini quests they go on to collect the relics and the mystical creatures protecting them. This story had some great twists and revelations, and it's becoming difficult knowing who can be trusted.
This story has a great slow burn romance building as the bond grows between Torin and Azalea, and the development of there powers and abilities together.
I love the use of magic and prophecies in this, and the riddles that come from the shadow atlas and visions.
It's a spell binding story that's truly captivating. Can't wait for part 3!
