This is such a cool book! I guess I'll add a disclaimer that I am a gamer. I love video games. I suppose I could see someone who doesn't care for video games being less inclined to enjoy it as much as I did, but if I'm being really honest, I don't actually agree with that. I think this book could reach anyone because while it heavily features video games, it uses them as a metaphor for life and death and a way to explore the ideas of creation, teamwork, and failure in a bubble that could really be applied to so many different things in life. The characters are beautifully broken, and the way book continually changes narrative forms allows the readers to become immersed in them in such a unique and clever way. For me, this book really just checked every single box. I didn't want it to end!
