This was my 31st book finished in 2023.

I brought this book from my home in the UK. I read it whilst travelling through Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. I (probably) left it in a hotel in Salta, Argentina.

It was my second time reading this book, and I enjoyed it a lot more the second time round. Some parts of the book are harrowing! It is a tough read, not only from the content, but also from the way the narrator speaks.

The unreliable narrator is hugely entertaining, and you're left having no idea what is and isn't real. The narrator descends into total unhinged madness by the end. You love to hate Patrick Bateman.
