The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman
4.0
This book series is one that I've been wanting to pick up for a very long time, but like some movies I wait for the perfect day to watch it though it'll never be the perfect day.
During Easter weekend I stayed at a cabin and decided to finally start this book. I'm so happy I did, because now I can't wait to read the rest of the books.
I loved the short chapters. I don't read that many books these days that have short chapters and it makes me read more. The characters are lovely, and I can't imagine this wouldn't be turned into a tv-show one day. It's such a cozy book that kept me engaged.
The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars, is because the end was a lot at once. A slower introduction would've worked better I think.
