Eren & Allison (Allie): A Demon and a Witch Find Love
This was a very sweet story of a witch with little to no power who marries a Demon King only to discover that she is his mate and together, they try to keep the realm from collapsing.
This was one of those instalove stories that I adore. This is one of the main reasons why I love the fated mates trope. Eren and Allie had very good chemistry together and their love scenes were amazing. I really felt the love between these two and I have no complaints about the pairing or their interactions with each other.
However, I cannot award this book 5 stars because the story wasn't developed enough. There were so many questions left unanswered. For example, we still don't know the origin of "the bargain" or what it entails. Secondly, there was a schism between Allie and her mother, and we have no idea why, as that secret was never revealed, even to Eren. There was just a lot more that could have been done to give this story a richer plot and the reader a better grasp on the history of the two realms and how they affect one another.
This was a good read and I hope to see more from this author, as she has great writing potential, and her characters were very engaging. I think you'll enjoy this one.
Happy reading.
