This was perfect for spooky season! We have remi who has inherited her uncles old spooky mansion in a small sea side town called grimstone. And her and her brother jude move there to renovate it and sell it. Remi hasn’t had a easy life sense her parents died and she is just recently going through a break up. When she gets to grimstone she meets the creepy night doctor next door and they both can’t help the attraction they have for each other. But as she gets to know him and know the town she hears lots of rumours about him and his ex wife and children and how they died. And as she stays things start happening around her and she starts to question if those rumours about him are true. I loved the dark sea side cliff setting in this one the mystery aspect and the Halloween/october setting and the spicy scenes where prefect amount with the plot! And the twist at the end really had me I did not see it coming at all!
