This is a really good start for a series, I had a lot of fun with this book and these characters. 

I love the banter with Lawrence and Clover, and I know they’re not the love match, but I'm really hoping to see more of him in the rest of the series, he makes me laugh. I love innocent little Bartholemew and the addition of Pranmore in their little group. They all just work so well together that I honestly found myself giggling a good handful of times. 

It's a cute, fun book with a good mix of adventure and blooming romance. My only worry is we're entering “everyone loves her” territory, and that's a trope I absolutely hate, so I'm hoping that kind of teeters off.
