I blazed through this book in like half a day. Roberts is so good at creating characters you love and root for, but I found Abigail particularly compelling here, and I was so thrilled to realise I'd get to follow her throughout this book. She's smart and sharp and prickly and so damn likable.

I was also impressed by quickly the plot went by, and how much I didn't struggle to get through it – the last two thriller-type Roberts novels I read had some rough and violent moments, and spent much too long with the bad guys. This was just right.

Not sure if or when I'd read this again, hence no more than 4 stars. But I'm happy.
