Although it was a cute read the characters are unlikable and annoying at times. Beats “secrets” are mundane and not as deep as they are made out to be. It pulls you out of the emotions when something so simple is made to seem like a huge deal breaker for woman everywhere.

Edging is totally normal and honestly not that kinky. They act like Beat secretly kills people or something.

Trust is the main issue in this book and I genuinely didn’t think that by the end anything was truly resolved.
