ah, morgan matson. you did it again.
so: this book was really really cute. i loved that we had an actual friend group now, since in the last morgan matson books i've read, the main characters either have only one friend at first or are pretty much loners. anyway, i really loved all the friends andie had and all their group messages with all the emojis were so cute!! i have to say though, my favorite was toby (at least until the ending)
i also loved clark! i love him more than any of morgan matson's leading men! ahhh he was just so cute and i loved that he was a writer! also, we got some chapters of his book mixed in with the unexpected everything so do you think we'll get a real version of his book like with carry on and fangirl??
but the best part about this book WAS THE DOGGIES. i loved them all, they were so so cute, but of course, my favorite has to be good ol bernie. just imagining his little doggie expressions is making me cry i love him so much
anyway, this book was really great, but not my favorite morgan matson book because of the ending. no spoilers, obviously, but i felt like the ending was too rushed and that we readers deserved more from these characters, but maybe that's just me.
