This collection of novellas relies on the concept that three duchesses fall in love with ordinary men. I love the concept but I found the execution of the idea to not be good (or romantic) as I wanted.
I liked Ms. Burrowes story the best. Her duchess falls in love with an architect, and they work together to overcome a potential scandal. The other two stories were okay, but I never really felt the romance in either of them.
An okay collection, but not my favorite.
