I wasn't sure how I would enjoy this series as an adult, but I am falling in love with them all over again! This installment was much more sad and violent than the first one. I love Uncle Monty and his reptiles. I really like that the Baudelaire's personalities are starting to be developed more. I am so excited to start the third book! I usually never read the next book in the series directly after reading the previous one, but I might have to make an exception.
