I received a copy of this book from Goodreads in a giveaway but it had been on my list for a while. This collection of poems is beautiful, raw, and telling. Deeply haunting and one that will stick with me. Asghar shares her experiences of loss, prejudice, and womanhood all while educating her reader. If They Come For Us is a triumph.
