THIS WAS SO IMPACTFUL FOR SOMETHING SO SHORT OMG OMG I LOVED IT.
I don’t read a lot of horror/thriller tbh (that’s definitely about to change lmao) so giving this a read was a way to ease my way into it and I’m IMPRESSED.
The atmosphere created by the author was so unsettling, tense, and genuinely had me equal parts confused and uncomfortable for all of the book… especially during the first few chapters.
But when everything started to make sense… when everything clicked into place… AMAZING. As someone who grew up in a catholic school, I love anything… literally anything that plays around with the bible and this did it so well. And the ending with Eve? Gave me goosebumps really.
