The Holy Trinity and the Law of Three by Cynthia Bourgeault
5.0
This book is a very different look at the Trinity. There were many times when I lost the thread of Bourgeault's thinking, but I've read quite a lot of her work and took an online course that she did, so I trusted her to be coming from lived experience as she expressed some deep philosophy (I guess it would be called.) In spite of losing threads, there was very much that I did grasp, mostly at a heart level rather than pure mental assent. I would say this book is phenomenal. It also seems to me that it is meant for those who have been on a spiritual journey with questions and answers and many changes in understanding along the way. It is for seekers. I am most grateful to Cynthia Bourgeault for writing this book. It has shaken loose some cobwebs that disturbed me and given me encouragement and excitement for the road ahead.
