Terrible narrator. Over-acted, emphasized odd parts of the book, and overall it just felt like an elementary school play.

The writing wasn't any better. This could be due to the translation or the original author. Regardless, there were quite a 4th wall breaks which just seemed odd and out of place. Combined with the tendency to go down rabit holes while trying to make progression with the story, the pacing was all over the place. Miserable time.
