Not sure how to feel. The plot felt like it wasn't going anywhere and found myself skipping ahead but then it was somewhat enjoyable? I'm hoping that it gets better like everyone says it does. However, the men oh my god. They are just so awful and misogynistic and what for? There is no reason for it. They only exception was Sail and then look what happened. But excuse me, he was the only decent character.

Despite being mentioned in the blurb like they were gonna be a much bigger deal then they were, the fae was literally only mentioned twice: at the beginning and 80% in. There might be more in the second book because I was mislead here.
