Entertaining but took me a while to get into. The last third of the book is very disjointed from the first two thirds. The characters all speak and react to each other in a similar manner, which at first I thought was blatant author error, but *spoiler alert* could actually be part of the story. Definitely better than the other Scalzi book I read, but I’m surprised to see it won so many awards. I’m glad it had a plot, but I didn’t find it to be terribly cerebral. It didn’t suck though.
