"You know what your problem is?”
"I’m sure you’re about to tell me.”
"You’re so worried about being betrayed again that you can’t see anything else.”

The Malevolent's Mark is an Arthurian steampunk novel full of betrayal, adventure and morally-grey characters.  In order to clear her name, Birdie Smith, also known as the Siren Thief, must help a fallen knight, Gawain, save the missing King Arthur, whilst she struggles with memory loss and is hunted by the traitor, Mordred.

I really loved this book and became very invested in particular characters and the interesting plot. Would highly recommend reading it and joining me in my obsession!
