I like the premise of this book - showing the food customs different American ethnic groups follow to live long healthy lives and share their food recipes. Despite it not exactly mimicking “Blue Zone” diets, because they’re being practiced in America they should be accessible to Americans. I wish the recipes had more pictures/visual instructions . Also a lot of the recipes seem for advanced cooks, I’d appreciate more recipes that take less ingredients and less time to make
