A teenager is forced to spend the summer with her aunt in a small town, but that's the least of her problems when she almost becomes a human sacrifice to a monster in the woods. This gets to the action so fast, it's a delight. Enemies-to-reluctant-allies, cute sapphic romance. I recommend to fans of Andrew Joseph White.
