This sweet and spicy holiday romance sees the loner MMC (lives in a cabin on a mountain) rescuing the FMC after a near fatal drowning. I enjoyed the apprehension between the characters as they tried to gauge each other’s interest in something more. The MMC isn’t only sweet and caring but very much a gentleman to the FMC, comically so sometimes. Like the last book I read from this author I was again giggling and kicking my feet. If you want a holiday romance but that’s short and has a “monster”, this might be the book for you.
