Take back what’s hers and play these men is absolute perfection. Gets her cake and eats it too. This book though. This one will forever probably be my favorite of the 3. While yes, it’s rough and rougher than the 1st or 3rd but watching everything finally come together. Man. Then we have the pit scene. The scene that has forever been engraved in my brain. The scene that will always be a favorite scene from a book. Wrath and Story weren’t on the greatest terms in this book and near the end he really didn’t want anything to do with her. But. He showed up for her. He made such a horrific time somewhat good. The music. The gentleness. The talking through. Dimitri coming back out for her. It’s quite literally perfection. Then you have Story. The ending of this book was the possible ending. She is finally able to do things her way and she chooses when and what. Finally able to take the power back and live semi-normally with these guys. Once again. Perfection. This whole book.
