Maddox Lovelace has precisely one hobby, and it is Hannah Utley. And WE LOVE THAT FOR HIM.
Y’all the angst in this book is perfection. The YEARNING. The PINING. The MUTUAL OBSESSION. It made my tummy hurt (and that is a compliment). The side characters are also top tier. Hannah’s family is so lovable, the enigmatic Donut Man is a star, and Maddox’s friends are hilarious. I loved them all so much.
Maddox and Hannah’s story is equal parts heartbreaking, sweet, HOT, and heartwarming. I’m a sucker for a second chance, and these two are nothing short of perfection. I love them so so much.
This is such a warm, fuzzy, sweet, and spicy romcom. I’ve loved everything S.J. has written up to this point, and Love, Utley is no exception. I’m beyond ready for the next story.
