this was another fun adventure of septimus and friends, however i did feel this book had a lot of build up and then an ending that was too fast. i actually had some whiplash from the ending because i was surprised it finished as it did. i still enjoyed it, as i enjoy the other books of this series, and will absolutely read the others, but i don’t think i enjoyed it as much as it’s predecessors.
