This is a why-choose story that is heavy on a trauma bond, so be sure to check TWs.

Mila Crawford knows how to write stories that are spice focused and spice heavy, which Feral is… but this book also explored Persian/Iranian culture, the beauty of religion, the warping of it to fit the need for power, and what it means to be an child living a “better life” in a new country. It is equal parts heartfelt and heart breaking. I think Azadeh might be the most bad b of an FMC I have read in a long time, and I absolutely loved her, and her crazy crazy boys.

This might be my favorite Mila Crawford book yet, and the audiobook being narrated by Samantha Brentmoor, JF Harding, James Cassidy, and Teddy Hamilton truly brought this story to life. It was the most perfect treat for my earballs.
