I did enjoy this book and it definitely had some enjoyable and jaw dropping moments. It was dark and creepy and gross and I loved those vibes. I was pleasantly surprised with Noemí’s character development and how she went from spoiled heiress to survivor. I was even more impressed with Catalina. I wasn’t expecting much out of her but she came out of this story like a true G.
At times I felt like the plot was moving along pretty slowly, and I felt like there wasn’t any part of the horror that overly wowed me. Some parts just felt forced without being necessary.
Overall, had a good time and would recommend to beginner horror readers.
