I feel like this plot wasn't well structured. It started with an interesting scene and then began to drag. Once the action finally started to happen I wasn't really sure who was who and what was happening. It had an interesting concept but I feel like it was weighed down by too much description in an effort to world build. I just didn't care enough about the characters or their issues to really want to follow their story. I'm also just over homophobia being a part of the future/post apocalyptic world.
