I cannot even begin to explain how much I love this book! I have eaten the series up in two days because of how great the story is.

Spoilers to come…

Faythe is a kickass protagonist. Everything about her is so real — her worries, guilt, protectiveness of her friends…she is relatable in a way I often don’t find in fantasy books. She is written so well!! Add on all the other characters, the book has clear diversity of characters that create a seamless plot.

I feel like I’m rooting for Maverick and Z in book 5, even though Maverick makes some sketchy choices.
