The Man Who Saw Seconds by Alexander Boldizar

Did not finish book. Stopped at 15%.
A man is sitting on a train at 2:00 a.m., minding his own business, thinking about how much he loves the police (seriously), when two officers in the otherwise empty train will decide to cause a problem with him.

But this man has the super valuable ability to see into the future! An ability he completely ignores in order to further antagonize the cops (oops), who then accidentally almost kill each other.

This is the setup for the man becoming the most desired man on the planet, the man who can see seconds, an ability so profound he almost gets himself killed for no reason.

And I just don't buy it.
