The Loney by Andrew Michael Hurley

2.0

This was a weird one for me, on one hand I rather enjoyed the descriptions Hurley gives about the Loney and the lore surrounding it, as well as the characters in the brothers’ religious community, but on the other hand it felt like the plot was going nowhere even after several hundred pages and there are many loose ends in the story that are never tied up. Even the ending had me confused..
