I went into this book expecting a pop culture laden history of time travel in popular media. Instead I was thrown into an intense (but lighthearted) philosophical discussion about the nature of time, and all the fascinating men and women who have waxed poetic about it in the past century. Heavy on philosophy, physics, the nature of story and narrative, and so much more. A fascinating read.
