The Man in the Brown Suit by Agatha Christie

3.0

I expected classic Christie, but I suppose I was disappointed. Felt more like a pulp mystery novel with over-the-top romance and unrealistic levels of luck. The protagonist manages to get by with luck more than skill, and reminds me of contemporary badly written protagonists in fanfiction. Christie's signature style does manage to shine through, and the mystery part was definitely enjoyable! That line of the narrative was a wild ride from start to finish.
