We Are the Weather: Saving the Planet Begins at Breakfast by Jonathan Safran Foer

5.0

Okay, so I usually contain " * My star review is based solely on my enjoyment. " in my Storygraph reviews. In this case, no it isn't.
Firstly, "enjoyment" isn't an appropriate descriptor for this book. I found this book smart, upsetting, and probably life changing for myself. It will def change the way I think forever and I'm afraid it was also change what I do. This changed the way I approached several types of conversations while I was still reading. I listened to the audiobook and midway through I added to my find at a thrift/library sale list. I'll need a physical copy to reread and markup.
Secondly, the rating is for the content and impact. The actually writing, prose and such I would give a 4. The convo with self is not the best bit.
But the totality of this book easily reaches the highest marks possible.
